N.Peal offers a straightforward returns process for all luxury cashmere items, allowing you to return or exchange your purchase within 28 days of receipt. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose between a refund or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the garment is folded neatly to maintain its quality, and include the completed returns form inside the box.
Affix the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery information.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized courier drop-off point and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our quality control team.
